Meet Our Team
Shamia N. Johnson
M.S, BCBA, LBA-NC, LBA-MI
Shamia Johnson has 10+ years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Shamia has specialized skills in direct ABA therapy, paraprofessional/professional supervision, caregiver coaching/training, professional training, and behavior plan development grounded in evidence-based practice.
Shamia holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and maintains licensure as a behavior analyst in the states of North Carolina and Michigan, along with certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Shamia has worked with individuals across a wide age range and diverse settings. She is dedicated to teaching the statewide community of North Carolina how to understand behavior as a language and to empower that understanding, with positive community-based behavior change.
Shamia is dedicated to fostering a comprehensive, collaborative approach to care that recognizes and builds upon each individual’s strengths, while equipping educators, families, caregivers, and other members of an individual’s support network with the knowledge and understanding needed to recognize how they communicate, process information, and express their needs through behavior.
Jessica A. Brown

Jessica Brown has 10+ years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Committed to a holistic and collaborative model of care, Jessica believes in strength-based treatment, individualized training, and active community involvement to empower individuals. She is passionate about developing confident and competent clinicians through thoughtful supervision and mentorship, creating support systems that elevate the next generation of citizens and professionals.
Location of Services
Our in-person services are primarily based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and extend to surrounding communities and cities throughout the state. For greater accessibility, we also offer virtual parent support, professional training, and paraprofessional training services to individuals and organizations internationally.
